Incorrect time in PostedDate

Were running notes 6.5.1 on an AS400 V5R3

When composing an email, the date/time shown is correct.

After sending, the recipient gets the email, and the listed time sent is off by 1 hour… The PostedDate field is incorrect, the DeliveredDate is correct.

issue affects email sent from our mail server…

external mail received has correct time.

tested on 3 seperate client pc’s and same issue… all 3 clients have correct time & timezone ( EST, GMT-5)

Server time was changed this morning & has correct time zone.

Rebooted domino server, issue not corrected.

Suggestions… is this cached somewhere on the AS400?? do I need to reboot it?

Subject: Update: Fixed?

In the Notes client, Under User Preferences: Calendar:The “Current Time Zone Label” has always been empty. I changed it to “EST” & closed/opened the notes client.

Emails sent out now have the correct time.

This has not happened before and we’ve been running Domino on that server for the last 4 years…
