Incorrect Internet Address

Hi,

I have over 500 users on our system but only one of them has this problem. Our external email address format is name@company.com but one particular user has a problem as their internet address is being sent out as username/OU/OU/O@company.com and when people reply to them, it fails. I have checked the person doc and it looks to be correct. Can anyone advise as to why this is happening please???

Frank - is it possible the users location document has the Notes name and not the internet email address in the internet address field? Perhaps that is where it is being picked up?Ian

Thanks for replying. The problem seemed to be that the mailfile owner was incorrectly specified. Don’t know why this would cause a problem but after I changed it, the correct internet address is applied?!?!?!
