Hello all,
I’m having a problem in OS X that is displaying all the currency symbols in $ and not £.
We mainly use Windows PC’s here but for the few Macs we do have it is effecting all of them.
Regional settings in OS X are all correct.
Any ideas anyone?

Not sure what you mean. Are you using Number fields with the format type set to Currency?

It is concerning databases that we use, when they are created (on Windows machines) with currencies (always in pounds) they are being displayied as dollar on our Mac’s using the same version (6.0.3) of notes.

If you can’t answer my question then I can’t help you. Are you using Number fields or column view formatting with the Number Format set to “Currency”?
If so, don’t do it. End of story. Set the number format to an ordinary “Decimal” type and then put any currency indicators that you need to the left of the field and/or view column.
The Currency format type is pretty well useless, and not just in Notes either. You’re relying on your Mac/PC’s regional settings being set correctly, which is an iffy prospect at best. I’ve lost count of the number of PCs that I’ve seen in the UK that have been left set to the default US settings. And even if they were set correctly, what if somebody in the US was looking at your database? They’d see $100 where you’d put in in a £100! And it would be “correct”.
