Incompatibility between DUCS and DAOS?

Is Domino Unified Communication Services (DUCS) 1.2.5 compatible with DAOS on Domino 8.5.1 FP4?

We have tested this combination and found two problems:

  • Voicemail messages which have been put into DAOS cannot be heard from the phone

  • Using Forward as Voicemail in the DUCS client results in no attachment in the message being forwarded

Smaller messages which have not been put into DAOS work correctly.

Can we have a statement from IBM regarding whether DUCS and DAOS is a supported configuration? If not now, when will this be supported?

I just wanted to see if you resolved all of your issues between DUCS & DAOS? We are considering implementing DAOS, but want to make sure that it is compatible with DUCS. Thank you.
