Incoming mails with doc/ppt/xls attachment not accepted

Hi

We are not able to receive mails with docx/pptx/xlsx attachments from other domains to our server.

I am not able to even track those mails in domino administrator.

Please help

Sorry It was firewall IPS update which misbehaved. everything is back to normal after optimizing policy.

Subject: are you using an external firewall system?

How does email get to your server, does it go through another service first?

Yes we have firewall . But these mails pass our firewall s antispam/antivirus engine successfully . I have checked the logs . It is forwarded to domino but no trace at mail server.

Also for internal addresses it is working but not for others domains.
