I have a customer who wants incoming mail to look a specific way and not show the graphic the sender chose and show the user’s e-mail address. I tried to explain internal LN mail doesn’t go through STMP so doesn’t have an “@company.com” ending, but he says there is one in the NAB for that user, so why can’t it show.
Can incoming mail be formatted a specific way?

Its bit auckward details from ur user.
Notes hierarchical will be
Username/OU/O/Country Code
Firstname Lastname
You can add the fully qualified address in the person document of each user in the field User Name.
There could be an impact.
So try to explain the user.

You could redesign the mail template to do what is asked for but it seems like wasted effort. Where’s the business benefit?
