I’ve done a search through the forum but I can only find about outbound letterhead issues.
The problem I have is that one of our customers is charged when they use the colour printer so they want to prevent all colour printing. They have changed all their internal Letterheads to plain text and that is working fine however when they receive notes mail from external companies/users that use colour letterheads it prints it out in colour.
Is there anyway besides editing the template and removing all other options excluding plain text of defaulting the incoming mails to the plain text letterhead.
