Incoming and outgoing mails not in "$Inbox"-Folder

Hi,

i need some expert-help!!!

We got a notes-database from a customer in order to add some functionality.

This database bases on a mailtemplate version 5.0.x. We added some agents, script libraries and functionality in “Queryclose”-Event in form “Memo” in order to update data in an extern oracle-database. The user starts sending the document with the standard “Send”-Button.

Since we use Domino-Server version 6.5.x for sending the mails via SMTP, the outgoing and incoming mails don´t arrive in the $Inbox-Folder, neither in the recipient-Inbox nor in the Inbox of the database itself, when a user replies.

We did not upgrade the database to version 6.5.x, because the customer still works with notes-client version 5.0.x

Yes, the form “Memo” is set as default and the “$Inbox”-Folder is also set as default.

Is there a difference in indizes of $Inbox between both versions 5.x and 6.x?

doh…ignore the previous post…not what I meant to write…

I meant the $inbox - is it set as the default…?
