I know it has to be something simple but I can’t seem to find it - User has a notes 8.5 client - selects to sort the Inbox with newest messages at the top - selects save window state on exit - yet when they reopen the inbox the oldest messages are then on top. I’ve seen this on my own mail file - it works fine in the office but from home it does the same thing - will not save the sort order. I’ve searched everywhere - any suggestions?

I have a few users that have this problem, but the setting to Retain Sort Order is checked. I don’t understand why it won’t retain…
Are there any steps I can take to fix?
