I believe I found an anomaly with the Inbox refresh when new email arrives.
If you have a custom Home that contains a Frame displaying your inbox, that inbox will refresh. However if you have your mail opened in it’s own tab as well, that inbox will not refresh.
If the custom Home is closed and the Mail file is opened to the Inbox, the refresh works properly.
I’ve been able to duplicate this with a couple of people using Windows machines. I use a Mac and do not have that problem.
We use a custom Home for the staff that has their inbox in a frame. The custom home page is dated, created pre v8 and not looking to change it at this time.
If others are able to duplicate it, I see it as a possible bug and will submit it.
