I have 2 users here with an email that sticks in the Inbox. You cannot move it to a folder. Any Ideas???
Anybody else have a problem that you cannot select Notes client in the catagory drop down, you can select it but when you hit post it errors?

Usually, messages which hang around in the Inbox (or other view) and can’t be moved/deleted are the result of a corrupt view index. From the client try a Shift + F9 while in the problem view. Or from the server you can issue an updall -R against the mail file, the -R will rebuild all built views which can take time and system resources, so may need to be scheduled.
