Inbox problem

Users Inbox always shows 1 mail as unread eventhough there is no unread mails in the users mailbox.Please give me some solution.

Go to Edit > Unread Marks > Mark All Read

That will clear it.

Thanks David,it works.But now problem is that user is unable to see mark of incoming mails in one of his created folder.Can you tell me the solution.
