I have one user who has encountered a problem with his iNotes (Domino Web Access), and it’s something that I’ve never seen before. He is able to log in and has access to his Calendar, To Do, Contacts, and Notebook, but not to his Inbox or other mail folders. It does not show as an option among the tabs across the top, and when he opens his mail preferences it does not show up as a choice for the database to initially open to.
I have refreshed the design of the mail database and also ran a fixup on it. I also made sure that he is correctly listed in the ACL and that he has access to view everything in his mail file.
I logged into his mail as myself (since I have admin rights) and observed the same behavior. I can access his Inbox by entering a different URL, but not by navigating to it using onscreen features.
There’s probably something obvious that I’m overlooking, but have any of you seen this before?
