Inbox error in Notes Client

Dear all,

Some Clients Database 's inbox cannot view the mail today, it just appear a grey page.

The documents can just view in “All Documents” field.

After I replace the Template, the “Inbox” appear, but cannot view the previous mails, but not problem in new incoming messages.

Please advise how and why this happen ?
