Inbox Disappeared

We’ve upgraded to R6.0.1 from F5.0.10 and upgrade has been successfully completed but the inboxes of user mail boxes started to be disappeared intermittently.To fix the problem we had to replace the design but that used to be a temporary solution.Therefore we’ve put our server back to R6.0 after which we’ve not experienced this prblem so far …What could be the cause for this …

Have you tried to re-index the mailbox (remove the old index first)? We had some mailboxes with the same behaviour as yours. The fix was a re-indexation.

Also, check if the NDS version is correct…

I currently have same problem on our 6.0.1 server. Last weekend I rolled out the 6.0.1 mail template, and since this morning a couple of users have complained that their Inbox has disappeared.

I don’t see a difference between those users with the problem and those without.

I have also noticed that this is related to another issue that some people have reported : You get a notification that there is new mail but it does not show up in the Inbox. I figured out that this happens when the Inbox of a user’s mail file on the server has disappeared.
