Inbound internet mail not converting To and CC

Seeing an issue where all inbound email is not converting the To or CC recipients to their Notes names, but BCC is processing the conversion.It used to work, but no-one can remember how or why . . . . .

Help!

Subject: notes.ini variable SMTPTranslateAddress with a setting of 2

That’s how I do it.
