Inbond mail not routing

I have a problem with mail routing. My set up is as follows . 1 Notes server for internal mail (NRPC routing) and 1 server with a dial up connection to an ISP. The smtp task is enable on the second server and there is a Foreign SMTP domain defined in addition to an SMTP connection document referencing the domain.

How ever only sending is working and the server can not recieve external mail. What am I missing ?

Did you create an SMTP internet Site document on the server ?

No. My mistake, I am using Notes 5, what is the equivalent ?.
