In Notes 8.5.2 the rules are not being processed

Yesterday the rules were processed on my account. Although 2 days ago on another account, they were not being processed. I am fairly new to administration, and is there a server process that processes rules?

Could you please try reload router again?As for the problem mail file, you can try refresh the view by Enable / Disable a rule, or Create a dummy rule then delete it.

How many rules do you have? It will ignore any rule if you have more than 100.
