Import Word Documents in a Hidden Rich Text Field

Hi All, How do i import a contents of word document into a HIDDEN RICH TEXT FIELD.

I tried by hiding the RICH TEXT FIELD but i am getting an error as DOCUMENT COMMAND NOT AVAILABLE.

Pls give me some suggestion regarding this
