I am trying to create a new Data Connection Resource (DCR) that migrates data from my local client machine into the application via a form with ‘External data source’ fields. My understanding is that this can only be performed on the server. Is that true?
If so, can I perform this ‘Import external records’ on a local application?
If not, how can I migrate my local ODBC data into the notes application? I understand that there is no true data connectivity, but it would be helpful to at least perform a one-way batch migration of data to notes documents.
