Import documents in Notes

I have a problem.I have the excel document, with some columm. For example: name, email and phone.

I try import this document for the personal address book, in view contact. But it´s happing nothing. The information, don’t appear in the view.

It is highly recommended to consult the Lotus Notes online help. With 6.5 open the “help65_client.nsf” in the “help” directory. Select the view “Index” and look for “Importing / files into views”. Rgds, Dirk

You probably want to migrate an existing (outlook) adress book. There’s a procedure descriped in the help file using the NUPGRADE program. Another important consideration is to use Lotus 123 file rather than MS Excel (guess why).
