WE are updating our Domino server from R6.5 to R8.What could be the impact of this on our applications hosted to the upgraded server.What should be the factors which we should take care and to which remediate our applications .

As far as the impact onto your Applications that upgrading from v6.5.x to 8.0, its difficult to say without any details on what they-are. Are you using LEI? Sametime? Any other add-in products?
