Immediate apply of effective ACL across the database replicas in a domain

Hi all,

If you just added a server/user to a ACL group, it is known that the effective is not immediate when it comes to database ACL permission. Sometimes it may take a while or even longer for the server/user to be able to start accessing the database.

Is there a Domino console command that will apply this changes across the database replicas in a domain?

Users need to re-authenticate with the server for new group membership to take affect.

Press F5 or restart the client, and the ACL should then work.

This authentication process is when your client checks which groups you belong to, and doesn’t again until you re-authenticate.

Of course you’ll need to force replication to other servers or wait for scheduled replication to happen if your user is accessing a different server replica.
