IMAP mail convert errors

Hi,I’m trying to setup outlook access to a users’ mailfile. (have had to give up on DAMO)

When I convert the file using

load convert -e mail\username.nsf

I receive the following in the console

load convert -e mail\username.nsf

Mail Conversion Utility starting

Mail Convert: Started enabling NSF support for IMAP in ‘mail\username.nsf’

then a few minutes later…

Mail Convert Failed on mail\username.nsf: Error enabling NSF support for IMAP: Invalid or nonexistent document

Mail Conversion Utility shutdown

I have been able to run the convert on other files with issues.

I’ve tried it with the -e-, -h, -o commands as well but no luck.

Running Domino 8.5.1

Any ideas?

Subject: replace design

Hi. Try to replace the design of the database. Maybe something is missing.

Also, try this…

load fixup

load convert -e-

load convert -e
