IMAP Inbox missing

We have many users using IMAP access to the Domino server with no problem. One user, however, cannot.

When running an IMAP test from a telnet session, we can login fine, but the List “” “*” command, which should show all the folders, show no Inbox. This command on other mail files correctly shows and Inbox.

The user is having no problem with their mailbox through Notes.

We’ve compacted the mail box, refreshed the template, deleted the ($Inbox) folder and recreated it. All to no avail. Any suggestions?

Have you tried running a load convert -e against that file? There are a lot of additional views necessary for proper access via IMAP, that convert command will update a file to have them if it does not already.

If most of your users are working normally and this user is not, was their mailbox created off of a different design from the others?

Yes. We ran “convert -e”, but it had no effect. All the mail boxes are based on the same template. Is there a way to “revert” to a non-IMAP? Then I could try convert -e again.

Have you resolved this situation ?How?

Thanks for some advice.
