[IMAP] Fetch Error

Hi! How are you dudes. I think this is my first post here.

I am having some trouble that I am not find a answer.

I did a migration last weekend from 7.02 to 8.5. Everything but the IMAP Server is working ok.

When I try to fecth the messages, I get “Fetch Cannot Convert Notes Rich Text to MIME”.

At the server side a get “CD to Mime Error: ( Process IMAP Server Database: xxxxx ): CVS not Initialized”

I think this is a charset and localization stuff.

I changed the charsets of my SO and I had the same errors. Now it is using pt_BR.UTF-8

My domino is localized pt_BR via language pack and the so is localized too.

I have a lot of users acessing their emails via imap ( cell phone ), so it is not a option to change this.

I tried to change options in the configuration document, changing the main charset from english to ocidental and the problem persists.

I am using 8.5FP1, redhat 5.3 and the databases ods still 43, because the clients will still R7 for while.

Anyone had this issue before ?

Well, I just installed the 8.5 version and the FP01, without sametime and Language Pack.

It worked.

No errors were found.

Later, I installed the Language Pack and the Sametime server.

The error came back.

Now, I will not install the language pack without the Domino Language pack.

I think it is a charset/mime related problem, that will only exist when language pack is installed.

Well, I did several tests and the error only occurs AFTER the sametime services are on. The Imap fetch is ok before it.

Late, I will do some tests with the 7.5 version.

I hope my reports can help other people that face the same problem.
