We’ve got a few users who do not use Notes but use Outlook or other clients and connect via IMAP. They can see their Inbox and folders fine. They want to access another mailbox–a department mailbox. How is this possible via IMAP. I can’t figure it out. I realize this is more of an Outlook question than Notes but I’m sure someone else on their forum has run into this as well. We can’t go with the DAMO client because that changes some functionality on Outlook we need to keep.
