I have two users that get email from outside of the Co. that have images inbedded. The sender says that they attached them but they come in as embedded and the receiver cannot do anything with the inbedded images (detach them).

I would say that the sender is not attaching the images as they might think they are. But, rather they are sending the images embedded. Is the sender using Outlook? I would have the sender re-check how they are sending the images.

I have run into this as well. The only thing I have been able to do is send the messages to my gmail account and it allows me to save the images. Very strange that this isn’t possible inside of Lotus Notes (or at least I don’t know how to do it).
