I have tried this with an image map with three bitmaps, and with four. The Help in Notes 6.5.5 tells me that the first image will be the “normal” state, the second will be the “mouseover” state, the third will be the “selected” state, and the fourth will be the “click” state. I can get all but the “Selected” state to work!
I am using a page in a frameset. When the user clicks on the default hotspot on each image, it opens a view in the Main frame. The Left frame contains the page with the images. Normal state works great, Mouseover state works great, and “Click” state works great. But when I click on any of these images, to select a view, the image does not display the “Selected” state.
This is a Notes client application, not a web application. Any and all advice is welcome! We’re demoing this new front end to our customer tomorrow.
