We customized our mail template. Then some of the client users recieve the “Illegal Circular USE: DocExpProcessing” Error.
We replaced the design template, and also, we recompiled the all lotus scripts in the mail template. However, it doesn’t fix it. It is very urgent, the error repeats in same people.

Run “Tools\Recompile All LotusScript” from the designer client.Run Convert from the server console on the mail file.

Customizing mail templates is always dangerous.
DocExpProcessing is a Script Library in the R7 mail template that does not appear in earlier releases. Possible causes of the error might be if you have R7 view or form designs but earlier versions of the script libraries.

or wrong client version.
ie… r5 client trying to access a r7 mail file… will do this also
