Illegal circular Use: Check Quotas while opening new memo

Hi,We have upgraded the server from 6.5.6 FP1 to 7.0.3 FP1 but have kept the mail file design in Inotes6.ntf as all the servers in the domain have not been upgraded.

There are some mail files in this server who have replica in other servers.Out of these servers where there are mail file replicas one is in 6.5.6 FP1 and other 7.0.3 FP1.

When the user is opening new memo he is getting this error “Illegal circular Use: Check Quotas” from either of the servers.

Can you please let us know the reason behind this error and how this can be solved as lots of users are getting this problem.

I know this is a long time later but I just wanted to thank you, Ric, for the link to the kbase document. My “illegal circular USE” was caused by a missing script library! I figured out the problem in a snap thanks to this.
