Hope you’re still reading this threat Tim, I’ve learned a lot but I’m not seeing (I believe) the same results as you?
I’ve set-up Outlook Express on my PC - getting the mail from my rogers/yahoo account. I then sent an e-mail from Lotus Notes (work) to my personal account and got:

Screen Capture in Outlook Express 6.0 (it seems to have a working link for the http:// ? Didn’t you say this wouldn’t work?
I never opened the e-mail in Yahoo, just incase you feel this makes a difference. I then did the samething with Thunderbird (got my name wrong earlier). It also worked?
Therefore I’m confused and did NOT see the same results as you did:
LN → Outlook - URL works
LN ->. Thunderbird - URL works
LN → Yahoo - URL works
LN → Gmail - URL works
LN → Pine - URL works
Am I missing something?
