who can show me the right way?

actually we have 100 databases. for every database we have special document which describe information about owner of database. so we want to show this information in case if user has no access to database.

If you are using the frameset, it’ll be easy. The frame can be a computed value. You may specify that value as a page. The computation should be able to determine the user’s access level.

If the user has no access to the database then they will not be able to open any kind of document in it to display the special document. I am assuming this is in the notes client your are referring to.
