IE 5.5 Crashes when Printing Web Documents (repost)

I have recently upgraded a web application from 4.67 to R6.5 and am running into some sparatic printing issues. When users with IE 5.5 try to print, every now and then their browser crashes and the document does not get printed. Some users with IE 5.5 have no problem printing, while others can only print successfully in one mode (either edit or read). There does not seem to be any pattern and I am stumped as to what might be causing this. I have IE 6 and am able to print successfully always.

The error they are receiving relates to a file named “mshtml.dll”. Has anyone had this same problem with IE 5.5, and if so, did you find a solution (other than upgrading everyone to IE 6)?

perhaps as me with Domino5 you are no problem if you forget to close some HTML tags, it isn’t important !!

but with R6 that’s crash your IE, if this one less than IE6
