Situation: Administrator/HENSELER tried to Extract the ID for Samantha Daryn/SALES/HENSELER from the vault.
Download counter was set to 0 and no automatic ID download was allowed.
Security Event Log Entry:
ID for ‘Samantha Daryn/SALES/HENSELER’ (IP Address 192.168.91.1:3226) in vault ‘O=HENSELER-IDVault’ was not downloaded because it has a download count of zero and therefore no more downloads of the ID are allowed . Error: ID in vault has download count of zero

While the first part of the event log entry is OK, I don’t understand why an upload failure was reported and why Samantha Daryn was reported as requester. The Extract ID request was made by Administrator/HENSELER.
