I am unable to create a Vault, has anyone seen this error?
THE CREATION OF THE NOTES ID VAULT ‘AGILITY_VAULT’ FAILED WITH ERRORS.
In the process of creating the vault the following tasks have been run.
Created Notes ID vault Document
Created Notes ID vault Trust Certificates
Created Notes ID vault Password Reset Authorities
Created Notes ID vault ID file (C:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Notes\Data\ids\vault\vault.id).
COULD NOT CREATE NOTES ID VAULT /VAULT (ENTRY NOT FOUND IN INDEX)

I figured out the problem. My directory replicated back to 8.0.2. Once I fixed this it worked like a champ

i had this problem too after installing 8.5, my directory always replicated back to v7.0.3 from one of our development servers, i never found out why, what i did i set the “refresh design on admin server only” property to fix this

To avoid such problems with Domino Directories reverting-back to older designs, it-is recommended that the 1st Server in your Domain to be upgraded is the Domino Administration Server. Doing so should prevent this from occurring, unless of course names.nsf is not configured to “Refresh Design on Admin Server only”. Once that Server is upgraded, enable that property (if-not already enabled) and then replicate the Domino Directory to other Servers in your Domain.
