ID recovery

I have problem while setting up Domino ID recovery for existing users. I have configured ID Recovery for one of my OU certifier. When the users logs in the local log show “Backup of recent changes to ID is sent to ID recovery database” but nothing gets stored in the Recovery database.

Even i tried changing the passord same error, it shows ID sent to recovery database but nothing is captured in ID recovery database. If i recreate new user ID recovery works fine for same certifier. I have problem only for existing users i do not want to use Export option any any expert please comment.

Subject: Is the backup repository configured correctly?

Are the clients sending the encrypted backups to the correct email address? Can they send email manually to that email address successfully?

Yes the client can send manual emails on this address. Not sure why auomated process didnt send email. How do i debug this any ini parameter.
