When I have created a user id for a person and the e-mail was installed on the user PC, the person come back and say that the name was not correct, I have corrected it, but now we want to give a new PC to the user, so we try to install lotus notes again, and it not working, how can I get the *.id form user PC, as it is not on the server. When they change the password, it is also not on the server (can be wrong here).
Can I get all my suers id form there PC’s.
