Point in time 1) User changes her name and so her name in the NAB name has changed via the rename process.
Point in time 2) User goes on maternity leave.
Point in time 3) The user’s id expires.
Point in time 4) User returns to find her id expired with no option to mail the id for re-certification
Point in time 5) The network folks take her originally issued id (containing maiden name), overwrite the existing id, and certify the original id answering “Yes” to the “User name not found in NAB, certify anyway?” prompt.
User still can’t access the needed systems she was previously able to
any ideas on how to clean up this mess?
