ID disappears everyday

Hello,

This Week we i found a problem with my Lotus Notes 8.5.1, every time that i reboot the machine mi local ID dissapear.

I look for ID in all of the resources of my machine without success.

I tried to fix my computer profile, i checked too the Notes ID lock but is deactivated.

A corious thing is that when i reboot the machine and my ID has been disappeared appears the tipical notes.lck

I tried too to reconfigurate the Lotus Notes Client but not Ok.

Where are you storing the id file. Before you reboot/logout look at the notes.ini and see what is listed for keyfilename= if no directory that it is using directory=

Is that directory a roaming directory? Sounds like the users profile on that pc is screwed up. Does the user have issues on other machines?
