I have a group a users new to Lotus Notes 8.0.1 basic.This morning one ofthem asked me what is the meaning of the icons in the very first column of the Inbox.
I tried to find a link somewhere on the Internet, but I couldn’t manage.
Anyone can get me a link ?

Do a search on “dock the open list” I believe this is what you are referring to.

I’m actually referring to the Inbox folder, first column version 7.0.1 Basic.What is the meaning of the icons on that column ?
Subject: type of mail
These show the type of mail. Ex: message, unread message, Meeting invitation, etc.
