I have a “Before new mail arrives” agent which removes attachments from new messages by deleting the $File items. Works fine except the icons for the attachments are still visible in the rich text field, and on the web using a $V2AttachmentOptions field does not hide them. I have tried both the and
hacks to hide the attachments on the web but these are of no use.
Can anyone out there think of a solution?
