ICM Task

Hi,

I’ve got a problem with one server (out of 2) running the ICM task. Both server are the same, except for the name and some connexion documents. On the second one (the one with a little less traffic), ICM shuts down each night, at about the same time. I receive the following error:

2006-11-23 22:52:27 ICM Server: Error reading ICM configuration from Public Address Book: Invalid or nonexistent document

2006-11-23 22:52:34 ICM Server: Error collecting cluster mates: Invalid or nonexistent document

2006-11-23 22:52:34 ICM Server: Collector failure: Invalid or nonexistent document

2006-11-23 22:52:36 ICM Server: Waiting for all tasks to complete

2006-11-23 22:52:55 XXXOtherServerXXX from host [XX.XX.XX.XX:XXXXX] failed to authenticate: Your public key was not found in the Name and Address Book

2006-11-23 22:53:06 ICM: Shutdown is in progress

2006-11-23 22:53:06 ICM Server: All tasks have completed

2006-11-23 22:53:06 ICM Server: Shutdown

It always comes with the public key problem. There doesn’t seem to be anything with the backup. There doesn’t seem to be anything on the forums or in the Knowledge base. Each server has the French language pack.

Any idea is welcome.

Thanks!

Subject: ICM Task

Hi François,

For the error: “Invalid or nonexistent document.” Do the ICM configuration doc have the same UNID?

For the error: “Your public key was not found in the Name and Address Book.”

If you go directly on the server(not on the console), can you open the ICM document on the other server? Are you allowed to browse the names? Do you have passthru?

Have you took those guilines?
