iCalendar Conversion Issue

I have a Mac user who is receiving a the message “iCalendar conversion could not format an internet address for the chair” when he tries to send a meeting invitation to people at another company. The meeting invitation never sends. I don’t know where to start on this one. I’d appreciate some thoughts/suggestions.

That error is because it is converting to iCalendar and cant determine your SMTP address. If you have an internet address in your domino directory, it should also be populated in your location document and it should work.To resolve:

  1. Add your internet address to your person doc in your domino directory

  2. Add your internet address to your location doc

  3. If these are not present, it tries to calculate an address, and in this case you must not have enough information to do so. Offhand Im not sure exactly what needs to be populated in your locaiton doc for this calcuation, but I think its your server and your domino mail domain that are needed.
