IBM Lotus Traveler - error

I have installed IBM Lotus Traveler on a HTC Touch Pro II. When i conect I get the following error

Parsing error reading the confirguration file at line 55, position 48. Failed to read configuration file

Please advice.

Subject: Traveler parsing error

We have seen this a few times, but is difficult to know where the problem is. We have seen instances where updates to the Microsoft XML engine on the server causes this, a Proxy Server alters the XML, or the Device XML parser has issues.

  1. Open a PMR - submit the logs from the device. Best way to do this is run the Traveler Problem Report application on the device which should send the device logs in zip format to the Server under the traveler\logs directory.
