when going to save chat automatically in mail file it shows an error “your mail file cannot be located. use file location manage location to ensure that your mail file is specified correctly”
and we are unable to save the chat into mail file.
Subject: mailfile in location?
First: Check the user’s location document and make sure their mailfile is correctly specified. File>Locations>Manager Locations, select the current location and click Edit, click the Mail tab. The ‘mailfile’ field shoudl have the user’s personal mailfiel in it. Usually like mail\jdoe .
