Is it not possible to have a vcard as the signature file in the mail db in the Notes client? I have checked but the only formats that is available as signature file is .txt, .html, .jpg, .bmp or .gif. Why not also the .vcf format?
It would be cool if you automatically could add your vcard as a signature file in the mail editor. Then your recipients easily can add you to the address book with all your address and phone information included.

HiYou can get around this limitation by creating a Stationery and then attaching the .vcf file in the footer of the stationery.
This way when you compose a new memo using this stationery your business card will be attached.

This is an option with OpenNTF’s mail template. I had it turned on for a while, but got to be a pain when I realized I had my vCard attached to EVERY email. So I just turned it off.
