I want to make a copy of template, but

I tried to copy a template from development server to the ROOT of production server, but I got error message saying “Field is too large(32k) or view’s column & selection formulas are too large”. then, I tried to copy the same template from development server to local, no error at all.

Any idea with that error message? thanks a lot.
