ok. sorry for not clear question.

when I try to fill names field (for example I want to fill field “To” in new memo) it always show me special dialog (actually it is @picklist([names])) and in the top of dialog we can choose from what server we want to use the adress book. in my case I see only local computer, so i can’t normal work.

check your location document (Mail tab), most likey the mail file location is set to On Local and should be set to On Server in order to see the server-based address book(s). Also check the Recipient Name Type Ahead field which should also be set to Local the server.
