I am having the following problem.

I have changed serveral persons mail design to I Notes and everthing worked fine for a few weeks. Now when one users tries to send email, from the web, they get the error: Domino Web Access Warning. Sorry, we were unable to process your request at this time. If you are unable to continue working in your mail file, please dismiss this warning and then select View, Referesh from your brower’s menu.

We have tried the to do what the error message says with no good results. I have read serveral postings in this forum and tried several of the fixes with no good results.

I have replaced the design with I Notes 5 and it worked fine but when I put the design back to I Notes 6, I have the problem again.

Anyone have a soultion.

I had this problem two weeks ago.

I found the a solution that worked for us which was to go to the server document. Internet Protocols tab > Domino Web engine and disable the “character set in header” field.

Restared the HTTP task.

No more problems.

Had the same problem a few months ago. Disabling the character set in header solved it. The reason for the error was in my case, that the incoming email was probably from a foriegn country that has characters that weren’t in my english character set.
